The first health benefit of kiwis I wanted to talk to you about, is that kiwis are a great source of vitamin C. 100g of kiwis provides more than 100% of our daily needs in vitamin C. And vitamin C is an antioxidant which support our immune system. The second benefit of kiwis I wanted to talk to you about is that kiwis are a good source of vitamin E as well, which is an antioxidant too. And 100g of kiwis provides around 10% of our daily needs in vitamin E. The third health benefit I wanted to talk to you about is that kiwis are a great source of vitamin K. 100g of kiwis provides more than 50% of our daily needs in vitamin K. And vitamin K is essential for blood clotting and helps calcium to be fixed to our bones. The fourth health benefit that I wanted to mention is that kiwis are a good source of fibres as well. For example 100g of kiwis provides for about 3 grams of fibres which corresponds to 12% of our daily needs in fibres. The fifth and last health benefit of kiwis I wanted to talk to you about, is that kiwis are a good source of potassium and 100g of kiwis provides around 8% of our daily needs in potassium.
