Hello everyone! Today is the first day of my 21-days-diet My starting weight is 70kg Last few months I ate a lot of food and gained a lot of weight The highest weight is 72.5kg Starts from the winter break, I lost 3kg by eating less and exercise in 2 weeks Yesterday is my cheat day I ate some snacks and gained 0.5kg Now my weight is 70kg Because I want to lose weight fast before the Chinese spring festival and go back home So I’m going to try the 21-days-diet Day1-Day3 ONLY drink water
Day4-Day11 ONLY eat vegetable & Fruit
Day12-Day 21 Eat vegetable & fruit & meat, No Carbs I can only drink water today : ( I hope I can get through the three days Now I’m going to show you guys my body shape I have really fat ass and thighs Remember to subscribe & thumbs up!
